How To Make A Prezi Powerpoint

By Etta Bowen

Microsoft Powerpoint or other powerpoint programs are often used if one would want to make a presentation for a business meeting or for class. However, slides are a little bit boring and are not very interactive to the audience. So for the sake of making a better presentation, one should actually learn how to make a prezi powerpoint.

Now if he is not aware of what prezi is, it is actually an online application that makes presentation slides just like Microsoft Powerpoint. To start, he should first check out the website and explore it. Of course he has to register first as a member if he would want to make use of this application.

Now when registering an account, he should take note that there are three types of memberships he can avail of. These are Public, Enjoy, and Pro and all of these ones would have different price ranges and different benefits. The Public one is free while Enjoy is four dollars and the Pro is thirteen dollars per month.

Now after creating an account, he can try out the program on the spot. So the first thing that he has to do would be to boot up the prezi editor. After that, he will then be brought to another page where he can start designing his presentation.

So after he has already done this, then he should now design the layout of his presentation. Now this particular program has the ability to allow the user to design the layout in any way that he would want. It also allows the user to choose how he would want the flow of his frames to move.

When he has already done that, the program will then prompt him to choose a theme for his presentation. There are a lot of templates that one can actually choose from and he can select which one would best fit his artistic tastes. When he is already done choosing the templates, he can then put some objects there inside the powerpoint.

The next step would be to decorate the presentation by putting all kinds of things like texts, pictures, lines, charts, or graphs. Of course the number of things that he will be putting there will all depend on him. From there, he will then go to the path editor to fix the movement of the frames and add some effects.

Now the path editor is there so that the user can be able to choose what effects would be used when the frames would move. Once he has already decided on that, then he may save his presentation. Once he has already saved it to his desktop, then he may open it anytime he wants and then he can present it to his audience. If he would want, he can even download the Prezi app on his Ipad or Android if he has a small audience to present to.
