The corporate telecom system is the hub of any office. A common thing to see is an office with people on cell phones, phone receivers and using the Internet. The main change is that these web-based calling systems operate on the Internet to move voice data between participants, rather than a slow analog line. Today's small office phone system is entirely different to the analog days, and offers a whole assortment of new capabilities. This is saving companies as much as 50% in comparison to their old invoices.

It cannot be disagreed that the new phone system is a wonderful invention, but some care should be taken in the choosing of the service. Only the telephone providers with dedication to quality for their clients will provide something that is worth the money being paid for it.
